Refund Policy

1. Memberships

Any paid membership on Global Catholic Match gives access to premium features for a fixed period, starting as soon as payment is confirmed. Memberships are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically.

2. Your Right to Cancel

You may cancel a membership purchase for a full refund within 3 business days of buying it, by emailing info@globalcatholicmatch.com with your registered email address. Some states give you additional rights — for example if you move or become disabled during a membership — and we honor any right your state's law provides.

3. Other Refunds

• Duplicate charges or a payment taken without the membership being activated are always refunded.
• After the cancellation period, an active membership is not refundable in whole or in part, except where the law requires otherwise.
• Memberships on accounts suspended or removed for breaking our Terms of Service are not refunded.

4. How Refunds Are Paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 business days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
