1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of Global Catholic Match's website and app. By registering, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. Global Catholic Match is a faith-centered dating and matchmaking service for single Catholic adults who hope to find a spouse.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old.
You must be single and legally free to enter a relationship, and register for yourself only.
You must not be required to register as a sex offender, and must not have been convicted of a violent or sexual crime.
One account per person. Accounts may not be sold or transferred.

3. Your Responsibilities

Give true, accurate and current information, and upload only your own recent photos.
Use Global Catholic Match only to meet people for a relationship — not for business, advertising, solicitation or offering paid services.
Treat other members with respect. Harassment, threats, hate speech, unsolicited sexual content and requests for money are not allowed.
Respect a "no" — do not keep contacting someone who has declined or blocked you.
Do not collect or share other members' information or photos outside the platform.
Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account.

4. Background Checks and Verification

Global Catholic Match does not conduct criminal background checks on its members. We may review profiles, ask for identity documents, and suspend or remove any profile that breaks these terms or appears false. A verification badge means a document was checked; it is not a guarantee about the person.

5. Safety Awareness

Get to know someone on the platform before sharing your phone number, address or workplace.
Meet for the first time in a busy public place, arrange your own transportation, and tell a friend or family member where you will be.
Never send money, gift cards, cryptocurrency or financial information to anyone you meet online — this is the most common romance scam.
If you feel unsafe, leave and contact local authorities (in an emergency, call 911). Report and block anyone who behaves inappropriately.

6. Memberships and Payments

Basic use is free. Any paid membership unlocks extra features for a fixed period as shown at the time of purchase and does not renew automatically. Refunds and cancellation rights are covered by our Refund Policy.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the accuracy of member profiles, that you will find a partner, or the outcome of any interaction. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Global Catholic Match is not liable for indirect or consequential damages or for the conduct of any member, on or off the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Ending Your Account

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms.

We may update these terms and will post the new version here.
